Instructions
- Heat water to about 110°F and combine it with yeast in a bowl; set aside to bloom.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar (or honey), and sea salt.
- Pour the yeast mixture into dry ingredients and stir until a thick dough forms.
- Divide the dough into pieces, shape into ropes, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F; lightly spray the basket with oil.
- Place pretzel bites in the basket, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with salt if desired.
- Cook for about 7 minutes or until lightly browned.
