- 1 small-medium head cauliflower
- Mild hot sauce (or ketchup, to brush)
- Vegan Ranch Dressing (to dip)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (188°C).
- Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
- In a bowl, whisk together chickpea flour, dairy-free milk, hot sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, sea salt, smoked paprika, and oil until smooth.
- Coat the cauliflower florets in the batter thoroughly.
- Arrange the coated florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes until crispy.
- Brush with additional hot sauce or ketchup before serving with vegan ranch dressing.
