- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon cold water
Instructions
- Cream together the cold butter and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture, then mix in buttermilk, followed by apples, cheese, and turkey bacon.
- Spray your scone pan with cooking spray and fill it with the batter.
- Air fry at 320°F for about 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
