- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 (14 oz) cans artichoke hearts (halved in water)
- Cooking spray for air fryer
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 clove garlic (grated)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
Instructions
- Prepare the garlic aioli by combining mayonnaise, smoked paprika, kosher salt, grated garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest in a bowl. Mix until smooth.
- In another bowl, mix garlic powder, kosher salt, and olive oil. Drain and pat dry the artichoke hearts. Toss them in the seasoning mixture until well coated.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange the artichokes in a single layer. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for about 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with the garlic aioli on the side for dipping.
