  • 2 (14 oz) cans artichoke hearts (halved in water)
  • Cooking spray for air fryer
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 clove garlic (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Prepare the garlic aioli by combining mayonnaise, smoked paprika, kosher salt, grated garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest in a bowl. Mix until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, mix garlic powder, kosher salt, and olive oil. Drain and pat dry the artichoke hearts. Toss them in the seasoning mixture until well coated.
  3. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange the artichokes in a single layer. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for about 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
