- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine coleslaw mix, sliced apple, diced celery, and green onions.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk together apple cider vinegar, sugar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, and red pepper flakes until simmering.
- Stir in mayonnaise until smooth; pour over slaw mixture.
- Toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
