Ingredients
- 10 oz bag mini vegan marshmallows
- 5 cups rice cereal
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon apple pie spice
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Melt the mini marshmallows: In a large pot over medium heat, combine marshmallows, milk, and butter. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Add flavorings: Remove from heat and mix in apple pie spice and vanilla extract.
- Combine with cereal: Fold in rice cereal until evenly coated, then add reserved marshmallows for extra gooeyness.
- Press into pan: Transfer mixture to an 8×8 baking pan lined with parchment paper and press down lightly.
- Set & drizzle: Allow to cool at room temperature until firm, then drizzle caramel sauce on top before cutting into squares.
