- 1 pound ground turkey

- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup whole cranberry sauce
- ½ teaspoon dijon mustard
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices white cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Prepare the aioli: Microwave cranberry sauce until melted. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, melted cranberry sauce, dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Refrigerate.
- Mix burger ingredients: In a bowl, combine ground turkey, honeycrisp apples, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form into four equal patties.
- Cook burgers: For grilling, preheat grill to 350°F and cook patties for about 5 minutes per side or until reaching an internal temperature of 165°F. For baking, preheat oven to 400°F and bake for approximately 13 minutes.
- Assemble: Spread cranberry aioli on each bun, top with turkey patty, cheddar cheese, and kale apple slaw.
