Ingredients
- 1 8-10 oz wheel of Brie cheese
- 1/4 cup fig jam
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (optional)
- Crackers or sliced baguette for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- If packaged in a wooden box, unwrap the brie and place it in a baking dish. Score the top of the brie in a crisscross pattern.
- Spread fig jam over the top of the brie evenly.
- Add any optional toppings such as nuts or herbs.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until soft and gooey.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving with crackers or sliced baguette.
