- 3/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup golden brown sugar

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 ripe bananas
- 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup walnuts (chopped, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract; blend until well combined.
- Mash ripe bananas in another bowl and fold them into the wet mixture.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually mix into the banana batter until just combined.
- Gently fold in chocolate chips and walnuts.
- Fill each muffin liner about three-quarters full and bake for 20-24 minutes or until golden brown.
