- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar

- 1 ripe banana, mashed

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, mix softened butter, eggs, vanilla extract, sour cream, and mashed banana until smooth.
- Gradually combine wet ingredients into dry ingredients; mix until just combined.
- Fold in chopped pecans gently.
- Fill each cupcake liner two-thirds full with batter and bake for 18–20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool on wire racks before frosting.
