Instructions
- In a large microwaveable bowl, combine Honey Nut Chex, Cinnamon Chex, pecan halves, and dried banana chips.
- In a separate small microwaveable bowl, melt the butter with brown sugar and cinnamon in the microwave for about 2 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Stir in banana and vanilla extracts into the melted mixture.
- Pour the warm mixture over the dry ingredients and toss gently to coat.
- Microwave the coated mix on high for about 3 minutes, stirring every minute to ensure even crisping.
- Spread the mix onto baking sheets to cool completely before storing in airtight containers.
