Instructions
- 1. In a medium bowl, mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until well coated.
- 2. In another bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until blended.
- 3. For added flavor, incorporate chopped cilantro and green onions into the coleslaw if desired.
- 4. Lay a tortilla flat and place a generous portion of BBQ chicken followed by coleslaw in the center.
- 5. Fold sides over filling and roll tightly from the bottom up.
- 6. Slice wraps in half for easy handling and serve immediately.
