- 1 cup cooked chicken (chopped)
- 1 ½ cups BBQ sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- ½ cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- ¼ cup red onion (thinly sliced)
- Optional toppings: cilantro, red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- In a bowl, combine chopped chicken with BBQ sauce until coated.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parmesan; brush the mixture on the edges of each flatbread.
- Spread BBQ sauce over each flatbread, then add mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.
- Top with saucy chicken and red onion slices.
- Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes until crispy and bubbly.
- Let cool briefly before slicing; garnish with cilantro and red pepper flakes if desired.
