- 4 hoagie rolls

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in buffalo sauce for at least 10 minutes.
- Sauté sliced onion and green bell pepper in olive oil until soft (4-5 minutes).
- Cook marinated chicken in the skillet until fully cooked and crispy (5-7 minutes).
- Preheat oven broiler; assemble sandwiches by layering chicken and veggies on hoagie rolls, then top with mozzarella.
- Broil until cheese is melted and bubbly (1-2 minutes).
- Drizzle with extra buffalo sauce and optional dressing before serving.
