Instructions

- In another bowl, mix heavy cream, egg, and vanilla extract; pour into dry ingredients.
- Mix until just combined; avoid overmixing.
- Shape dough into a circle about 1.5 inches thick on the prepared sheet and freeze for 1-2 hours.
- Slice into triangles and brush with more heavy cream before baking for 20-22 minutes until golden brown.
