- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 slices sourdough bread

- 4 slices turkey bacon (cooked until crispy)
- 1/2 jalapeño (thinly sliced)
- 3 tablespoons blackberry jam
Instructions
- Butter one side of each slice of sourdough bread. Place one slice butter-side down in a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread blackberry jam on the bread in the skillet, then layer with Swiss cheese, crispy turkey bacon, and sliced jalapeños.
- Top with the second slice of bread, butter-side up.
- Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until the cheese melts and the bread is golden brown.
