- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ cup pistachios, roughly chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Mix flour, oats, brown sugar, salt, and baking powder in a bowl.
- In another bowl, combine melted butter and vanilla extract.
- Mix wet ingredients into dry until crumbly; press two-thirds into the prepared dish.
- Toss blackberries with granulated sugar and lemon juice; layer over crust.
- Sprinkle remaining crust mixture and chopped pistachios on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Cool before slicing.
