Instructions
- Make the ranch dressing by mixing mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, and seasonings in a bowl.
- Flatten chicken breasts using a kitchen mallet for even cooking.
- Season the chicken with spices until fully coated.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken for about 15 minutes total until blackened and cooked through.
- Fry turkey bacon until crispy.
- Toast brioche buns in the skillet until golden brown.
- Assemble sandwiches with ranch dressing, lettuce, chicken, and bacon.
