Instructions
- Grind freeze-dried blueberries into a fine powder.
- In a bowl, mix rolled oats, protein powder, freeze-dried blueberry powder, and chia/flax seeds.
- In another bowl, whisk together applesauce, cream cheese, and honey/maple syrup until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until well mixed.
- Gently fold in thawed frozen blueberries.
- Adjust consistency with milk if needed.
- Roll mixture into bite-sized balls and place on parchment-lined plate.
- Prepare glaze by whisking cream cheese, milk, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar until smooth; drizzle over bites.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
