Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ⅓ cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp freeze-dried blueberry powder
- 2–4 tbsp blueberry jam
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth.
- Fold in the freeze-dried blueberry powder and blueberry jam until combined.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto a lined baking sheet with space in between.
- Bake for about 11 minutes until edges are golden; they will firm as they cool.
- Decorate cooled cookies with melted chocolate and food coloring as desired.
