Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy, then add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Incorporate sour cream until combined.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just mixed.
- Carefully add blueberries and diced peaches to the batter.
- Prepare a loaf pan with parchment paper or cooking spray.
- Pour batter into the pan and bake for about 1 hour and 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool on a rack before slicing.
