  • 8 oz button mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups low-sodium beef broth
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tsp water (slurry, for thickening)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, tomato sauce, egg, yellow mustard, vegetable oil, oregano, black pepper, and salt until just combined. Shape into four patties.
