Instructions
- In a blender, combine the cold water, sugar, limes (cut into quarters), sweetened condensed milk, and coconut extract if using.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove pulp (optional).
- Serve immediately over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves, lime wedges, or shredded coconut as desired.
