Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberries (washed, cut)
- 1 cup green grapes (washed, halved)
- 1 cup red grapes (washed, halved)
- 1 cup blueberries (washed)
- 1 apple (cored, peeled, diced)
- 1 banana (peeled, sliced; add just before serving)
- ¼ cup pecans (chopped)
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 – 2 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp almond extract
Instructions
- Combine all prepared fruits in a large bowl. Reserve banana slices until just before serving for freshness.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and almond extract until smooth.
- Gently fold the yogurt mixture into the fruits until evenly coated. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top and serve immediately.
