Ingredients
- 2 heads broccoli (about 1 1/2 pounds or 5–6 cups)
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup roasted sunflower seeds
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup chopped red onion
- 10–11 strips cooked turkey bacon
- Miracle Whip or mayonnaise
- lemon zest
- lemon juice
- white grape juice vinegar
- sugar
- kosher salt
- black pepper
- dry mustard
- cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Cook the turkey bacon in the oven until crispy. Let it cool and chop into bits.
- In a large bowl, whisk together Miracle Whip or mayonnaise with lemon zest, lemon juice, white grape juice vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, dry mustard, and cayenne pepper until smooth.
- Chop broccoli into small florets and add to the dressing along with cranberries, sunflower seeds, cheddar cheese, red onion, and most of the turkey bacon.
- Mix well to combine all ingredients. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
