Ingredients
- 4 Roma tomatoes
- ¼ cup chopped basil leaves
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- ½ block (4 oz) cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Dice Roma tomatoes and chop basil finely. In a mixing bowl, combine tomatoes, basil, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt. Stir gently.
- In another bowl, mix crumbled feta cheese, softened cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Fold the bruschetta mixture into the creamy base until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Transfer to a serving dish and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with additional basil and serve with crackers or sliced baguette.
