Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz) bag frozen cauliflower rice (about 4 cups)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 4 tbsp cream cheese (2 ounces)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Seasoning to taste (salt, pepper, garlic powder)
Instructions
- Microwave the frozen cauliflower rice according to package instructions until tender.
- In a large pan over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add the hot cauliflower rice to the pan and toss to coat with butter. Season to taste.
- Lower the heat and stir in milk, cream cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
