- 1 cup Golden Oreo pieces
- 1/4 cup Golden Oreo crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl; set aside.
- Blend Oreos into fine crumbs and small pieces.
- In another bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the vanilla extract, egg, and egg yolk until well combined.
- Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture without overmixing.
- Gently fold in the sprinkles and Oreo pieces.
- Chill dough balls on cookie sheets for about 20 minutes.
- Bake for 13-15 minutes, until edges are golden but centers remain soft.
- Let cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
