Ingredients
- 1 lb pasta
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 6 strips of turkey bacon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1/4 red onion
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 1 1/2 cups ranch dressing
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a frying pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy and set aside.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; cook in the rendered bacon grease over medium heat until fully cooked. Let cool slightly before slicing.
- Dice the green bell pepper, chop the red onion and parsley.
- In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, sliced chicken, crumbled bacon, diced veggies, and ranch dressing. Toss to coat evenly.
