Ingredients
- ½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 4 cups coconut water (unsweetened)
- ¼–⅓ cup maple syrup (or preferred sweetener)
Instructions
- Squeeze the juice from about three medium lemons until you have ½ cup of fresh lemon juice.
- In a large glass jar or small pitcher, combine the lemon juice and 4 cups of coconut water. Stir well to blend.
- Gradually add maple syrup to taste, starting with ¼ cup and adjusting as desired.
- Serve over ice with extra lemon slices for garnish.
