- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon butter for brushing
Instructions
- Blend cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
- In a bowl, combine all-purpose flour, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix the cottage cheese mixture into the dry ingredients until a sticky dough forms.
- Fold in minced garlic and shape dough into small ovals about 1/4 inch thick.
- Cook on a heated non-stick pan with melted butter for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Brush with more butter and garnish with chopped parsley or cilantro.
