- 1 pound steak (cut into 1-inch pieces; top sirloin or ribeye recommended)
- 1 recipe cowboy butter (homemade)
Instructions
- Heat the skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Sear steak bites in a single layer for 1½ to 2 minutes without moving them.
- Flip the steak bites and cook for another minute or two until desired doneness is achieved.
- Reduce heat to medium, add half of the cowboy butter to the pan, tossing to coat the steak bites evenly.
- Cook for one more minute before serving, drizzling with melted cowboy butter or serving it on the side.
