- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1 1/4 cups parmesan cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp butter

- black pepper
- garlic powder
- smoked paprika
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Season steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika before searing until desired doneness. Remove from skillet and let rest.
- Melt butter in the same skillet; add minced garlic until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and milk, simmering for about 2-3 minutes.
- Mix in grated parmesan until melted. Add cooked tortellini and sliced steak to combine thoroughly.
- Serve warm with optional garnishes like parsley or red pepper flakes.
