Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then sear until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F). Set aside.
- In the same skillet, add green beans and mushrooms; sauté until softened.
- Melt butter in the skillet and add minced garlic; sauté until fragrant. Whisk in chicken broth, heavy whipping cream, and lemon juice; cook until sauce thickens.
- Return chicken and vegetables to the skillet; toss gently to coat everything in the sauce.
