Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Remove leaves and stem from the cauliflower; slice into ¾-inch thick steaks.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the seasoning mixture generously on both sides of the cauliflower steaks.
- Place seasoned steaks on a parchment-lined baking sheet without overlapping.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool slightly, garnish with fresh herbs if desired, then serve warm.
