Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh, skinless salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha (to taste)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Cut salmon into 1-inch cubes and pat dry.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and panko mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each salmon piece in flour, then dip in egg mixture, followed by panko.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry bites until golden brown (about 2-3 minutes per side).
- Mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice for the bang bang sauce.
- Serve immediately with sauce drizzled on top.
