Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 4–5 large flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons vegetable or canola oil
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cheese, red onion, cilantro, and barbecue sauce. Mix well.
- Take one tortilla and layer half a cup of the mixture in the center. Roll it up tightly while folding in the sides.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Place wraps seam side down and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve immediately and enjoy with an extra drizzle of barbecue sauce if desired.
