- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 slices of turkey bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pound the chicken breasts to about 1/2 inch thick.
- Season both sides of the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until smooth.
- Spread the cheese mixture on each chicken breast and place two pieces of turkey bacon on top.
- Roll the chicken tightly and secure with toothpicks if needed.
- Sear wraps in a skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes per side).
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
