Instructions
- Cut the salmon into bite-sized cubes.
- Season the salmon with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat oil in a skillet or air fryer, then cook the salmon until golden brown and crispy (about 10 minutes in an air fryer).
- Whisk together honey and soy sauce while the salmon cooks.
- Once cooked, pour the honey garlic mixture over the salmon bites, stirring gently to coat.
- Serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds or chopped green onions if desired.
