- 2 pounds beef steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients by cutting the beef steak into cubes and dicing the potatoes.
- In your crockpot, layer the beef cubes first, followed by the diced potatoes. Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, then sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Set your crockpot on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the steak is tender and potatoes are soft.
- Once cooked, stir in shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream until well combined. Top with chopped green onions before serving.
