Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot and season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix together barbecue sauce, pineapple chunks, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken, ensuring each piece is coated.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until tender.
- Shred the chicken in the crockpot using two forks and stir to combine with the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
