Instructions
- Open the can of jellied cranberry sauce and slice it into approximately ½-inch thick discs.
- Place the cranberry rounds on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for at least 30 minutes.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate chips and coconut oil, heating in 15-second increments until melted and smooth.
- Dip each cranberry round into the melted chocolate using a fork, allowing excess chocolate to drip off before placing them back on the baking sheet.
- Return to the freezer for another 30 minutes until set, then enjoy!
