- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup seedless raspberry jam
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour (for streusel)
- ½ cup old-fashioned oats
- ½ cup brown sugar, packed
- ½ cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, granulated sugar, and melted butter until a dough forms. Press evenly into the bottom of a lined baking pan.
- Bake the crust for about 15 minutes until golden brown. Allow it to cool slightly.
- Spread the raspberry jam over the baked crust and top with fresh raspberries and dark chocolate chips.
- In another bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, cold cubed butter, and cinnamon to create a crumbly streusel topping. Sprinkle evenly over the filling.
- Bake again for an additional 30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top. Cool completely before slicing into bars.
