Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.
- Add sour cream and vegetable oil to the egg mixture; mix until smooth.
- Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in fresh blackberries and dark chocolate chips gently.
- Fill cupcake liners two-thirds full with batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before frosting with powdered sugar mixed with water.
