Ingredients
- 10 oz Frozen or Fresh Blackberries
- 4 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 sheet Frozen Puff Pastry, thawed
- 4 oz Goat Cheese, softened
- 3 tbsp Granulated Cane Sugar
- 1 Egg (beaten)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine blackberries, honey, ground cinnamon, and flour. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 10 minutes until thickened. Allow to cool.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix cooled blackberry jam with softened goat cheese until well combined.
- Spread mixture over thawed puff pastry, fold it in half lengthwise, and slice into strips.
- Twist each strip and place on the prepared baking pan.
- Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
