- 2 cups whole fresh cranberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 8×4" loaf pans.
- Beat softened butter and cream cheese together until smooth.
- Add sugar and mix until fluffy.
- Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Stir in vanilla and almond extracts.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined.
- Gently fold in cranberries until evenly distributed.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pans and bake for 50-60 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing.
