- ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together gluten-free flour, baking soda, baking powder, and sea salt.
- In a standing mixer, cream softened butter with both sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla; beat until well combined.
- Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients until the dough forms.
- Stir in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Use a cookie scoop to form balls of dough and place them on prepared sheets at least two inches apart.
- Bake for about 9-10 minutes or until barely set; they will firm up as they cool.
- Allow cooling on the baking sheet for 5-10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
