  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 500 g ground beef
  • 400 g canned chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 200 ml beef stock
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 100 ml heavy cream
  • 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until softened.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet, cooking until browned. Drain any excess fat if necessary.
  4. Stir in canned tomatoes, tomato paste, beef stock, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for about 15 minutes.
  5. Mix in heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Toss cooked pasta with the meat sauce until well combined and serve hot.
