Ingredients
- 1 pound corned beef
- 8 oz sauerkraut
- 12 oz Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup diced dill pickles
- Butter or cooking spray
- 1/2 cup Russian dressing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Drain the sauerkraut thoroughly to remove excess moisture.
- Grease a casserole dish with butter or nonstick cooking spray.
- Layer half of the corned beef in the dish, followed by sauerkraut, pickles, half of the Russian dressing, and one-third of the Swiss cheese. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 10-15 minutes until bubbly.
- Uncover and broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for a golden finish.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
