Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Layer half of the toasted English muffin halves in the dish, followed by an even layer of chicken or turkey bacon.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth. Pour this mixture over the layered muffins and bacon.
- Drizzle hollandaise sauce generously over the top.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until set and golden brown. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and garnish with fresh herbs.
